Roselva wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.
Note: This statement is a working commitment. We have not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit, and we treat conformance as an ongoing goal rather than a finished result.
Conformance target
Under the European Accessibility Act, the applicable legal baseline is EN 301 549, which currently corresponds to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We aim to meet this baseline, and where practical we look ahead towards WCAG 2.2, which builds on and includes the 2.1 requirements.
European Accessibility Act
The European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) sets accessibility requirements for e-commerce services in the European Union, applicable since 28 June 2025. As a webshop serving customers in the EU, we work to align our website with these requirements and keep improving as our understanding develops.
What we work on
- Clear page structure and headings
- Readable text and colour choices
- A responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and devices
- Reviewing product pages, cart and checkout for usability issues
Known limitations
Some parts of our website rely on third-party tools (such as payment providers, review widgets, or cookie consent tools) that are not fully under our control and may not always meet the same standard. We work to identify and address issues as we find them.
