What "sale" or "sharing" means in this context
Roselva does not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. However, we work with advertising and analytics partners (such as Google, Meta, and TikTok) that may use cookies, pixels, or similar identifiers to deliver personalised advertising. Under California and other state laws, this exchange of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising may qualify as a "sale" or "share" — even though no money changes hands.

How to opt out
You have three options:

1. Cookie banner – open the cookie preferences on any page of roselva.com and disable "Marketing / advertising" cookies.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC) – if your browser or extension transmits the GPC signal, Roselva automatically honours it as an opt-out request. Supported browsers and extensions are listed at globalprivacycontrol.org.
3. Direct request – email info@roselva.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". Please include the email address associated with your visits or orders so we can match the request. We will process your request within 15 business days.

Authorised agents
You may appoint an authorised agent to make this request on your behalf. We will verify the agent's authority and your identity before processing the request.

Non-discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your right to opt out.
