Roselva is a Netherlands-based company shipping exclusively to the United States.
Important Information
Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM CET (9:00 AM ET)
Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Shipping time: 4–6 business days (Monday – Friday)
Total delivery time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday)
Free delivery: Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. Estimated shipping time is approximately 4–6 business days (Monday – Friday).
Possible Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday – Friday). If your order still has not arrived after this period, please contact info@roselva.com so we can investigate further.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact info@roselva.com as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please email info@roselva.com immediately and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution.
